Hey, I’m Bex - Liberated Leadership Mentor, Identity-Led Brand World Strategist, Movement Maker and Method Creator.
I BUILT MY OWN LEAGUE OF YOUR OWN WORLD AND I LIVE IT
I come from a world of high-level experiential marketing, working with pioneering brands like Formula One, while also walking through the depths of grief, losing my mum at 24, a narcissistic step dad, a complex childhood, healing, reinvention and the lifelong experience of never quite fitting in.
For years, I tried to belong in rooms, strategies and identities that were never built for me, until I started revealing all the ways I was still abandoning myself.
My TOO BOLD. TOO DEEP. TOO MUCH. TOO DIFFERENT.
My philosophy, Becoming Liberated in a League Of Your Own through living audaciously, started the moment I stopped seeing those parts of myself as things I needed to shrink and realised they were the very things that made me a misfit in an entire league of my own.
THE MISFIT DIFFERENCE WAS THE GIFT.
I liberated the parts of myself I'd spent years making smaller and then my entire reality started catching up and mirroring it. I became SO audacious in my truth that I manifested moving my entire life from London to Cape Town.
My inner authority had risen. My truth was liberated. My intuition was SO strong.
I wasn't just liberated. I WAS LIVING IT.
I was hiking in the mountains when the BIGGER vision for League Of Your Own started flooding through me. The movement. The future retreats. The legacy immersive programme. The bigger body of work that could hold the embodied, innovative way I do things.
My identity had completely quantum leaped. EVERYTHING WAS BECOMING ONE FREQUENCY.
Then my internal liberation had outgrown the business I'd created & what my brand could express
Because once you start living audaciously, your brand can't stay frozen in the version of you who built it before you liberated yourself.
It wasn't about more…. more content. More visibility. More offers.
IT WAS ABOUT EXPRESSION. I needed the depth to articulate the visionary, immersive Brand World I could feel I was actually here to build.
A world that didn't just talk about my liberation. A WORLD THAT COULD EXPRESS IT.
The way I see, create, live, lead, the bigger body of work coming through me. I could feel it in my body. I could riff to it on the hikes. I was flooded with the big visionary ideas.
I realised I needed to stop being SO humble and “own my authority.”
but WTF. HOW THE FUCK DO I ARTICULATE ALL OF THIS IN ONE POST?
Everywhere I turned, I was being told to make myself more understandable “Make it simpler” “Be more specific” “Make your positioning clearer” “Communicate like an authority” “Keep all the depth off”
And the more I tried, the more something inside me knew I was losing the very thing I was trying to lead with.
The advice wasn't wrong, but I was starting to realise I WASN'T LACKING AUTHORITY. I WAS OUTSOURCING IT.
I was looking outside myself for the framework, language and formula that would tell me how to articulate what was already embodied within me.
Every time I tried to make my brand “make sense,” it felt painful. Because every framework stripped away the visionary thinking, intuitive genius, innovative way of connecting things and the embodied WAY I actually do things.
Every version sounded less like the visionary world I could SEE and more like a description of what I do.
AND I REFUSED TO SHRINK MY GENIUS JUST TO BE SEEN AS AN AUTHORITY.
So I unfucked it.
I did exactly what I now do for my clients. I OBSERVED MYSELF. I needed to see myself from the outside so I could finally see what was already embodied within me and THIS is when everything changed.
I extracted the truth I was already living and turned it into my philosophy. I extracted the genius I had been embodying and finally saw the patterns in how I naturally think, lead, create and transform.
Suddenly I could articulate the lived truth that wakes women up to me as THE ONLY ONE and the genius in the way I'd always done things differently.
I wasn't looking outside myself anymore for the “right way” to make me make sense.
I WAS FINALLY LEADING FROM IT. My feminine embodied authority.

I've lived through complex trauma, grief, death and rebirths, and profound awakenings that ultimately liberated the leader I am today. Alongside that lived experience, I have a degree in Business and Marketing, a background in high-level experiential marketing with pioneering brands like Formula One, and have helped 100s of spiritual leaders build movements and Brand Worlds that have become wellness festival experiences in front of thousands, affirmation card decks, speaking platforms and breathwork movements.
